Complete sleeper stretch to customer’s new Peterbilt truck
- Extend existing sleeper shell to 141” long
- Transfer (2) rear deck lights to back of cab
Truck cab already outfitted with switch and wiring
- Additional air ride mounts at floor base
- Remove interior components
- Remove windows and doors
- Remove all fairings (roof cap, tank, side, cab extenders)
- Remove exhaust / air lines
- Remove interior electrical
- Unbolt body sections, cut halves and separate sections and jig up
- Fabricate fiberglass filler pieces at roof
- Modify / stretch roof fairing
- Fabricate and install floor filler panels Install side body filler panels Install roof filler cap
- Fabricate / install lower filler skirts below sleeper box

- Access entrance door at rear with steps Interior / exterior locking latch
- Reroute existing / install new sleeper electrical systems Prep / bodywork / paint exterior

- Supply and install specially built fiberglass contoured fenders at tandems Customer has chosen full cover design with flush rear tail lights Paint white to match truck cab color Includes purchase, shipping, hardware and install
- Supply auxiliary electrical power to sleeper in case batteries go dead or- generator becomes inoperable. This will consist of a 30 amp electrical receptacle so that trailer generator power can be transferred to sleeper area. This will have an individual circuit with isolated breaker switch
- Supply additional fairings at lower sides These will be purchased from Peterbilt so that they match- the existing factory installed skirts Includes modifying dealer purchased skirts to fit Includes all hardware and mounting Paint white to match existing skirts (waiting for dealer to price these parts out)
